Trevor Pietsch is a Richmond, VA based musician who has performed with a variety of different groups and styles from folk to fusion to heavy rock on both guitar and bass. He can lay down a pillowy bed of plucked double bass while supporting with backing vocals. On electric bass, his ability to sit in a groove is matched by his improvisatory melodicism. On guitar, his tasteful chordal work leads way to soaring, thoughtful, and sometimes transcendental leads. Although mostly serving the songs as a sideman, Trevor also performs as a solo artist and leads a trio that performs throughout Central VA.

Trevor is also a highly engaging and knowledgeable instructor. Whether teaching private lessons or group classes, his students always have positive feedback.
